Hormonal Acne Treatment That Is Effective For Acne - Health - Skin Care

Hormonal acne treatment usually includes taking hormone pills that try to balance out your hormones. Acne appears when there is hormonal imbalance in your body. Taking pills is one of the methods to treat them but this method is just a temporary mean and your acne will usually reappear after you stop taking the hormone pills.

Causes of hormonal imbalance consist of congest liver or sluggish bowels. When your liver is clogged by fats and toxic, it can't deactivate used hormones. Sluggish bowels will also cause used hormones to collect in the body because it fails to eliminate the used hormones fast enough.

To get permanent results, you should ignore hormone pills and get to the root of the problem. There are some foods that can worsen your problem and here are some of them.

1) Dairy Products

Dairy products like milk contain hormones from cow. They may also contain injections to make them produce more milk. These hormones or chemicals will make their way to your body when you consume them.

Milk can cause your body to produce more mucus that can clogged up your digestive tracts and consuming too much of it can develop many allergies symptom.

2) Refined Sugar (White Sugar)

When you consume sugar, it will result in a spike in your blood sugar level. Your body will produce insulin to eliminate the excess sugar and in the same time androgenic hormones will be produced too.

Excess androgenic hormones can cause your body to have hormonal imbalance and it can result in your oil glands becoming overly hyper and produce more oil on your skin.

White breads, pasta and white rice are to be refrain from as well. These processed foods will create the same effect as consuming sugar when eaten.

3) Red Meat

It is hard for your digestive system to digest red meat and this can cause many chronic health problems in the long run. Red meat requires a longer time to digest and it will reside in our body longer.

The longer red meat stays in your body, there is a high chance that it can rot and release toxins. Hormone injections and antibiotics are injected into red meat and these toxins can seep into our body system too. I recommend that you switch away from red meat and go for free range meat that are free from these chemicals.
